Green-Lipped Mussels | New Zealand
By Round We Go on Jan 26, 2010 in New Zealand
Enjoying New Zealand’s green-lipped mussles in Abel Tasman National Park. This shellfish differs from other mussel species in that it has a dark brown shell with green around the edges. These guys are monsturous (and delicious), actually one of the largest mussel species reaching 240 mm in length.
Think of you with all the seafood we’re eatin. Know you’d love it as much as we do.
looks fantastic… wish I was there to share with you both!!!
